How do I stop getting notifications for

The intention of sending it to all students is that they can inform their friends, peers and colleagues. We are sending probably 1-2 notifications a day (and sometimes 3 when there is a n offer going on), which in our opinion is reasonable. If you believe that this is a disturbance, please disable all notifications. However you do lose out on other updates that we send. It is your choice.
