I am getting a provisional registration after meeting the eligibility criteria for CA Final September 2025 exams

While opening the CA Final September Exam Form, I am getting a Provisional Registration. But I have completed the applicable SPOM, i.e., Set A and Set B exams, because my CA Inter was completed in November 2023. But still, I am getting this pop-up. Can anyone please tell me what to do?

I am also getting provisional exam form only, I mailed to ICAI they said please file provisional exam form we will update your details,if your are completed your SPOM modules
