I just want to know that if a student is appearing only in group 1 in nov 23 then the student just need to do IT-OC training after this exams but can also do this training after giving group 2 in may 24?? Or any other suggestion that what a student should do

Yes, you are eligible for It and Oc once you have passed your foundation exam. You just have to complete it before starting your articleship.
