Section 115BBDA Section name itself (tax on certain dividends received from DOMESTIC COMPANIES) in this section includes SPECIFIED ASSESSEE and resident Definition of SPECIFIED ASSESSEE exclude a DOMESTIC COMPANIES????? Then whom is taxed???
