It's a restriction can stop the other party to marry and it is considered as valid Generally restraint of marriage is void

Trade combination is an Exception to Rule that an Agreement in Restraint of Trade is Void. It means that when say some businesses form a group to regulate their business or say fix prices, that combination is not void, provided it is not against public interest.
