In this question , I am not getting GAV as 180000 Can u find where i made mistake

Mistake in actual rent receivables It should be calculated for 12months as if let out for whole year because it is not self occupied for vacant period. 20000*12=240000-UR(20000)=220000 is actual rent receivables And then apply other steps u will be getting correct GAV
