Every form has a purpose. SH-7 is specifically for S.64 along with which company will have to fill copy of resolution, amended MOA etc. However, if company articles mention special resolution be passed for alteration of capital, then in addition to SH-7, MGT-14 will also be filed. Section relevant for MGT-14 is S.117 which doesn't mention about filing it in case of ordinary resolution of alteration of share capital.
