Contract of indemnity does not cover loss occassioned by 1. An accident not caused by an accident 2. By act of God / Natural event I know example of 2nd point can be earthquake. What is an example of the 1st point?

It could be accidental loss by say fire, heavy rain, hurricane etc. which is not attributable to any person. It's more like a natural accident.
