Is there any circumstances that BOD can revoke 2nd interim dividend once declared is valid??

Sir is unanimous resolution necessary for revocation?

Nothing as such is mentioned - company may specifically have it in articles. However, such sitauations reflect negatively on company, so it will generally be unanimous.

Then in the first sitaution, they might not have announced it. If it becaue financially constrained after announcement, as mentioned above there does exist a possibility to revoke.
