In this sum why they didn't give journal entry for remaining debentures and can any one please explain me the journal entry for dividend payable

You can see the additional information 3rd point. There it mentioned balance debenture remains as a Liability of the company hence no entry required as we are not taking it for reconstruction. We are taking only part of debenture
