Here in notes to accounts 180000 equity shares 2.5 each but total is 460000....if i calculate i get 184000 equity shares but in class also sir didn't mention that calculation...in class sir take 180000 equity shares 2.5 each and total 460000....can anyone please explain it

That may be mistake, But the answer is 1,84,000 shares. (15,000+45,000+72,000+12,000+40,000) Opening balance - 15,000 shares (a) - 45,000 shares (15,000*3) (b) - 72,000 shares (12,000*6) (c) - 12,000 shares (d) - 40,000 shares Total - 1,84,000 shares. Hope its clear

Yes, but i think they have mentioned that 84,000 shares are issued for other than cash. To some extent, we can figure it out by that statement that there are 1,84,000 shares issued in total.
