Such questions won't be asked in the exam..just have an Idea about investment and process of accounting for investment..any ways question asked based on intrest , devided ...even rental also won't be asked in problem solving..but just understand that any investment made by company for other benefits than those specified above are other benefits.

We are not learning law here. Overdoing too much hampers examination preparation. Expert knowledge can be obtained after qualifying as a CA. There is a 1000 page guide just on leases. But we wont learn 1000 page for exams.

Many company have section 8 company as their subsidiary company and section 8 company are not permitted to distribute dividend that' why I am asking whether other benefits includes any charitable benefits also

Shared from *1FIN by Indigolearn* Charitable hospital disclose in balance sheet If a company has a charitable hospital so under which head it is to be disclosed in balance sheet https://1fin.page.link/46VSLVrd1A5bEgtD6 Regarding charitable institutions we already had a very long discussion at this thread. Whereas it is good to try and understand everything, but it is detrimental to your exam preparation. You need to make a conscious choice of smart study.
