How do we got the cost amt? Formula for the valuation of equity shares 615000*500000/750000 can any one tell the formla of this

1. Total purchase price is Rs. 6,15,000 which has face value of Rs. 5,00,000 2. Bonus was issued and the face value of bonus is Rs. 2,50,000. 3. Hence, total purchase price is Rs. 615000 and face value is 750000 (500000+250000) 4. 750000 - cost is Rs. 615000 500000 - Cost is ? Just basic math cross multiplication. 615000*500000/750000 = Rs. 410000
