If a result of a misstatement resulting from fraud or suspected fraud, the auditor encounters exceptional circumstances that bring into question the auditors ability to continue performing the audit, and therefor auditor withdraws after discussion with TCWG and sending notice to members, he shall have to file ADT-3 within 30 days as per 140(2), which deals with resignation by auditor, right?
