Yes but OFS sale amount not paid to company. Amount paid to promoters.
An offer for sale is a process in which the company or an existing shareholder sells their shares in the company to the public through a stock exchange. Renunciation of rights is a process by which existing shareholders of a company give up their right to subscribe to additional shares being issued by the company.
