Last year we have filed under new regime for an individual you has income from business. However this year they feel that old regime is beneficial,so is there any process behind to convert or we can just change at the time of filing the return. Form 10-ie will it be cancelled automatically?

For Individuals Form 10 IE is for each assessment year. So if old regime is chosen, no need to file the form.
