Lawyer cannot claim ITC since the services provided by the lawyer are covered under RCM.

I understood the question. Lawyer cannot claim ITC since they will not pay output tax.

Sir rs18000 no itc can be claimed But rs1800 tax was paid by the lawyer & the same service is further supplied, still lawyer wonâ??t get rs1800 ?

No he cannot claim since he is not paying output tax.
