Is incorporated joint venture is regulated by Companies act 2013 ? As it is said maruti suzuki is joint venture. Then , under what section of company act it is registered. Means , it is registered as company or what is exactly ?

There is no separate act for joint venture. A joint venture can be incorporated as a company under Companies Act, 2013 as there is no express prohibition in companies act, 2013 to this effect.

Maruti Suzuki is a company owned by suzaki motor corporation (Japan) and maruti udhyog ltd (government of India company) Suzuki corporation hold more than 50% of equity share There is no seperate legislation for joint venture
