Hello, Is there any chage/ammendment in number of days(182) a person should have stayed in India during immediately preceding one year for the purpose of designated partner of LLP(as per sec 7) like in OPC. Thankyou.

Yes, Section 7 was amended w.r.t to resident of India from 182 days its 120 days The LLP (Amendment) Act, 2021 amended the Section 7(1) of the LLP Act, 2008 by substituting the words â??one hundred and eighty-two days during the immediately preceding one yearâ?? by â??one hundred and twenty days during the financial yearâ??. https://www.mca.gov.in/content/dam/mca/pdf/llpAct2021_19082021.pdf

So should we continue writing 182days mam. Also except for those adjustments said my Ashlesha mam in YouTube ammendment, should the same old SM be read and written? Thank yoy.
