In the image, I've highlighted a statement. What does it exactly mean? If a partner of a LLP wants to retire on 1st Jan, should he give a notice 30 days before 1st Jan? If that's the case, then is he liable for any activity of the LLP done during such 30 days ? DOES HE TAKE PART IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE LLP DURING THAT DAYS? PLEASE EXPLAIN!

Yes he will take part in the management coz he will retire on 1st Jan only . Giving notice means declaring
