An â??employee turnover rateâ?? refers to the percentage of employees who leave an organization during a certain period of time. i.e (divide the number of employees who left by your average number of employees and multiply by 100) If the period is less than year then compute turnover for period and then compute equivalent employee turnover = (Employee turnover / relevant period ) x 365.or 12 months If employee turnover is given for 2 months as 4% then equivalent employee turnvoer rate = 4/2*12 = 24% If
