Please explain what is "majority in numbers of members entitled to vote"in case of GM of company having share capital.

Repeal of provision is different from deletion of provision. With respect to these question was asked in previous exams . In study material it is given on pg 3.21 , Navrangpura gam dharmada milkat trust v ramtuji ramaji air 1994 guj 75 case law paragraph . Please explain in simple words whatever given there in study material.

Repeal has retrospective effect, while deletion has prospective effect. Retrospective means it is assumed that it is completely abolished. Deletion means a provision is not applicable from date of deletion.
