What is the difference between National Income accounting and Keynesian theory of determination of National Income?

latest answer

National income accounting is a system for measuring and quantifying economic activity, while the Keynesian theory of determination of national income is a macroeconomic framework that explains how changes in demand affect the level of national income and employment. They serve different purposes, with national income accounting providing data and the Keynesian theory offering insights into economic dynamics and policy implications.

Explain ,What the company did here ?

latest answer

The question does not contain details as to whether company transferred the unpaid dividend within time in the UDA and about the legal issues due to which the dividend could not be transferred to shareholders, So in the answer you simply state the provision of section 124 and based on the assumption that company transferred the amount to UDA within 7 days from end of 30 days from declaration of dividend, the company has complied with the requirement of section 124 Regarding the claim of dividend by the shareholders from the company after 2 years, the company is liable to make the payment

Explain the meaning and answer it in simple ?

latest answer

The company is required to take reasonable steps to ensure that the dividend is distributed to the shareholders Also required to inform the shareholder if there is any problem with the disbursement of the dividend In the given case company failed to inform Mr. Ricky that the bank had returned the dividend payment This is a violation of the company's duty to its shareholders. So it's the company's fault and i think you know the consequences for non-payment.
