Here even if any one of above three date is not available, we need to take date of entry in the books of account of recipient of supply as time of supply. Or we need to take that when all above 3 dates are not identified

For Example : A Person wants to Import Bike which requires authorization,so he taken authorization and imported bike now after imported and used 1month It us observed that there is damage so he re exported and Imported a new one same as old product (Will authorisation is required in this case for 2nd Time)
