What is the difference between Auditing and Secretarial Practice?

194Q effective from july 2021 Then a circular came saying something about " The transactions between apr2021 - june2021 Include in 50L limit but 194Q not applicable to the transactions occurred between apr2021-june2021 " I don't understood even a single point in this circular So please explain me in depth as I'm a layman.

194Q is applicable from 1st July 2021. However, for computation of 50L limit we will include transactions from April 21 to June 21 also.

In general if a transaction attracts TDS, if payer(deductor)paid advance to payee(deductee) For example:- consideration= 10L & 2L paid as advance Then whether TDS on advance amount (2L) or entire consideration(10L) ? Because DOC (or) DOP .,.whichever is earlier.,. Example:- For food suppliers for a marriage function, I've paid 2L as advance before function only, total consideration is 10L, Then relate this example to my doubt for correct interpretation of my doubt 😅 and clarify..

TDS to be done at the time of payment or credit whichever is earlier. When 2L advance is paid entry is recorded in books only for 2L then TDS will come only for 2L.
