Sir, Example : (jan-dec) 1000 shares issued on jan-1 2000 shares issued on march-1st. Bonus issued 1:2 on Aug-1st.for above shares... [ ••PERIOD WEIGHT FACTOR•• ] What date should we consider For "bonus shares" weighted avg calculations (WANES) related to "2000" shares issued on march-1st... (when there are no shares issued in PY) From beginning of the year or... From march-1st.. ?

Section 23 subsection 1 clause b , If agriculturist has turnover from cultivation of land 20 lac and supply of 10 lac is made of say any product. Turnover limit - is 30 lac . Logically by literal interpretation of clause , to the extent of cultivation of land 20 lac , registration not required. And hence only 10lac turnover will be considered of agriculturist as supply of goods. Am i correct or how i am wrong ?

Administrative overheads means the expenses incurred by the company for ‘general management and administration’ of Corporate Social Responsibility functions in the company but shall not include the expenses directly incurred for the designing, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of a particular Corporate Social Responsibility project or programme Query = Pls give example of 1) gen admin mgt exp 2) design implementation exp As in when n when not considered as admin exp in CSR ?

In respect to accept-reject decision, npv and pi decision will not change.But in case of mutually exclusive projects which technique should be choosed for selecting the project as npv and pi will be be different for the project.
