For delay in furnishing, let's say for example If furnished on 15th sept, Do we need to consider entire month of September for interest or else only proportionate 15days only consider ? In lecture sir has calculated for entire September month Sir calculated As:- full August month anyhow calculated entirely as all the entire month is delay and September only 15days delayed but taken as entire month delayed and calculated as 1% on shortfall of self ass tax × 2months I'm saying that instead of 2months do we need to take 1 month and 15 days Where's the Logic ? Correct me if I'm wrong that the provision itself only says to take entire month as due even if 1day due in a month or else 15 days or more due in a month ? I hope you understood my doubt

For property to become self occupied property , is it necessary that the assessee if is living at some other place eg Mumbai due to which the house is unoccupied eg Delhi so that property where he is currently resides (Mumbai)should be on rent ?

I have purchased ca foundation full course How to start my preparation,I have to watch the lectures and prepare notes from the lectures and revise the notes which I have prepared at the End of the day or I have to revise the notes and read the material which is given by indigolearn or icai sm Please give some tips and suggestions Is notes which is prepared from the lectures is enough to get highest score in ca foundation I mean score around 300+

In bare language of sec 10(10AA) (ii) the words ' employees of that government ' is used so does this mean statutory limit of 3 lac also applies to government employees as per bare language?
