My personal experiece - I would have made better returns in SIP in mutual funds than active stock market trading and investing. If you want to take it as a full time career then its a different thing.

Point 3rd why it said IF ultimate/intermediate holding Co file CFS then it gets exemption ? Is it not alwys the holding Co who prepare CFS n not subsidiary/associate/JV

Why Most of the companies share price goes up soon after they list their shares after ipo..if thats the case we can apply for ipo and then sell the share in secondary market to easily book 15 to 20% profit in no time right??isn't it an easy way to book profit...explain sir
