Both questions are same type but while calculating maximum consumption they have taken 1.Annual consumption with adjustment of opening stock 2.Annual consumption without adjustment of opening stock.Why?

I pay interest of 100000 to a company for certain purpose and they in return pay 10000 as interest for some other purpose.will the tds be deducted on net amount 90000 or to the whole 1lakh.if yes why?

Both are different transactions and TDS will apply on every transaction if limits are crossed

Conversion from CA Inter to Direct Entry

I applied for conversion today. I have completed my OC and ITT Course. It is told in portal that approval of conversion form may take upto 7 days. Only after that I can apply articleship form. Since I wish to join articleship in old scheme, I have to register in articleship on our before 30th September. Considering my current situation, help me. Is there any way to approach ICAI for getting approval of conversion form within 2-3 days. ? Can I register articleship before Sept.30th?

If a person creates charge on 2nd oct 2018 and did not register for 330 days (30 + 300) due date is 28 aug 2019. But 6 months from 2 11 2018 is 2 4 2018.

The time limit is 30 days and if u don't register in 30 days then there shall be 270 days extra not 300 days

I'm struggling with this one for an hour without understanding 😪...(a mistake of law does not render a contract void as one cannot take excuse of ignorance of the law of his own country ) MY DOUBT!! Cannot give excuse means the contract will be void right? Here the contract not void . Why?

Misunderstanding/mis interpreting the law doesn't make the contract invalid/void as the ignorance of law is not an excuse In other words not understanding the law, the way it is or not knowing the law aren't valid grounds to invalidate the contact ..
