I couldn't apply for nov 23 Ca final exam within the due date due to personal emergency. Is there any way I can apply now? I will lose 6 months if I can't apply for the exam.

Sir as per the Syllabus released by ICAI the topic company Audit is removed from new scheme but in the course I purchased it shows nearly 14 hrs related to company is it mandatory to listen Or the company audit is included in new syllabus

Is it not 30days from incorporation? The rules were commenced on 2018 Say a Co got incorp on 20/8/2023, then 30days from 20/8/2023 it should be …..why it said 30days from 2018 ?

Hello sir I'm Yandrapu Durga Rao , registered for CA inter May -24 I'm from Andhrapradesh, while doing registration I have entered my name as FIRST NAME- my surname, SECOND NAME - Durga and finally LAST NAME- Rao In Andhra Pradesh we place Surname first and individual name next , however I login into ICAI BOS app it's showing me MR.YANDRAPU RAO in which YANDRAPU is my surname only 1.what is the ideal format of my name and 2.what should I do in order to change my name in a better format Please respond sir

LTCG on sale of equity shares -80,000 LTCG on sale of unit of mutual fund - 90,000 Assume both happened through recognised stock exchange and STT is paid and both transactions happened in same year. benefit as per section 112A is upto Rs.1 lakh for per year (not for per transaction) So ,Total LTCG as per sec.112A= 90,000+ 80,000 =170,000 Now 70,000( 170,000-1,00,000) is taxable at the rate @ 10% Is it right sir
