sir if there is a person who is in the business of constructing or purchasing and then letting out on rent eg PGs and he takes loan for that every year because of that business then can he get interest deduction u/s 24b for that constructing or purchasing PG..and then this rental income will come under pgbp or house property

I have passed my CA intermediate in old syllabus and Im in 2nd year articles my final attempt is Nov 2024. Is final registration & completion of Advanced Itt & Orientation necessary to write Self paced exams? I mean what should I do first? When to register for final? Can anyone help me in this procedure ?

In this MCQ,two conditions are to be satisfied for the value of supply is not consider as Transaction value.So,first option is correct. Is this correct or not?

As per Section 15 (1) of CGST Act, taxable value will be the transaction value if both conditions are satisfied – Parties are not related and Price is not the sole consideration So if any of the above condition is not fulfilled, then transaction value shall be rejected for computation of value of supply. Thus the option B with or is correct

A is partner of ABC & CO. The firm has undertaken 15 audits .now A wants to join PQR &Co as a partner . What is the remaining number of audits of A in PQR &CO ??

Each partner has the eligibility of 20 audits. so its "per partner" calculation. ABC together can take 60 audits. If all 15 audit files are signed by Mr. A, then his eligibility in PQR will be only with 5 audits.. If the 15 are in the name of B and C (i.e B and C are signing the audit report), Mr. A can be eligible for 20 audits in PQR. Provided all exemptions to be taken into account. If we assume, A signs 5, B signs 5 and C signs 5, then in PQR Mr,A will be eligible for 15 audits. Provided ABC can then accept only next 30 audits.

My registration is showing provisional.The reason they are showing is that MCS is not completed.But my MCS is completed, and I have uploaded the document.But the document got approved later after my registration. When will my registration become final registration.
