answered on 21-Aug-23 15:37

As per sec7(1)(b) if consideration is there then whether it is furtherance of business or not it will be treated as supply. In this que supply b/w aakash and saheb sales it would be treated as supply ryt even though it is not furtherance of business?

latest answer

First of all there is no question of 7(1)b in the above question..as it applies to only importation of service whether or not in the course /furtherance of business..if it doesn't fit in any of the sub provisions its not considered as supply
