Sec3A deals with reduction of number of members below statutory limit 7 and 3 in case of pubic , private company and the company carries the business more than 6months while the number is reduced , every person who were members in those 6 months, are liable for the debts incurred after those 6 months

Corporate and other laws: meetings : Timing to conduct the AGM is 9.00am to 6.00pm - whether is started and concluded within that timing? - started itself enough within tis time ? If meeting started at 5.50 pm minimum 30 mins have to wait for quorum ?
