The "cash down payment" refers to the initial amount of money you pay upfront when purchasing a product or property, typically as a percentage of the total price. The "cash down price" could refer to the total price of the item after deducting the cash down payment, essentially the remaining amount you need to pay

Explain the below provision of section 127 to nidhis
latest answer
When a nidhi company declares a dividend of amount equal to or less than rupees 100 for a member, then it need not follow regular rules for declaration of dividend. It can announce the declaration of dividend through a local newspaper in local language. And such announcement must be also be displayed on the notice board of the nidhi company for a period of 30 days. Only in the above said case the regular rule of paying or posting a dividend warrants within 30 days of declaration of dividend doesn't apply.

A qualified Chartered Accountant typically doesn't have the authority to block someone's bank account. Previous year duration
Direct Taxation
answered on 13-Aug-23 18:40
In companies act in the defenition of financial year it is mentioned that "Financial year, in relation to any company or body corporate, means the period ending on the 31st day of March every year, and where it has been incorporated on or after the 1st day of January of a year, the period ending on the 31st day of March of the following year" But in income tax when a company is incorporated on 1 st January we consider only 3 months period as a previous year i.e) from 1st Jan to 31 st March for assessment purpose. Say a company is incorporated on 1 st Jan 2022 what will be it's previous year?
