Deed is a SPECIFIC type of legal document that is used to transfer, affirm, or confirm rights, ownership, or obligations. It often involves the transfer of property. An instrument, on the other hand, is a BROADER term that refers to any written legal document that serves as evidence or creates rights, obligations, or liabilities. It may or may not involve the transfer of property. Unlike Deed, it encompasses a wide range of transactions and legal agreements. Examples Deed: Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, Lease Deeds, etc. Instrument: Power of Attorney, Promissory Note, Lease Agreement, Employment Agreement, Partnership Deed, etc

Hi sir, in illustration 13, why did we first considered short term loan in working for net working cap and then removed it?
latest answer
The question is very poorly drafted - head to do it in multiple ways to figure out the exact intention of the question creator - in that process, i first considered the loans and then realised that we are better of removing it so that ratios can worked out much more easily
