Mr. X contracts with the Government to return to India after completing his studies (which were funded by the Government) at University of Cambridge and to serve the Government for a period of 5 years. If Mr. X fails to return to India, he will have to reimburse the Government. It is a contract of indemnity. In this example who is the indemnifier & the indemnified?

The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is the ideal quantity at which inventory carrying costs and ordering costs are both at their lowest. The EOQ model is used by inventory planners to work out the most ‘cost effective’ amount of stock to reorder.

Sale by Sample, Implied Warranties
Corporate & Other Laws
asked on 06-Jun-23 18:31
I have written this answer to a question which told us to first describe Implied Condition in case of Sale by Sample and then told us to write in detail about Implied Warranties. This is a question from RTP 2017. Please go through my answer (sir) and help me find mistakes in it, if any. I think the answer is a bit lengthy. Please guide me how and where can I make changes to reduce the length of this answer yet keep the points unhampered.
