I have registered now with the current syllabus and has given an attempt this may..since new syllabus is getting into launch from may 2024,I'm still skeptic about my results..so suppose if i am about to give an attempt in may 24 any of the groups from current syllabus.. Can I write this syllabus itself or should I convert myself to new syllabus.. Will the exisitng syllabus be erased?

Generally old syllabus has continued when new is launched. However we should wait for ICAI official announcement

Sir, i have applied for scholarship in ICAI. In that progress there is shown something as attendance/conduct certificate approval.(refer below pic). What is that, how should done this?

But I don't know how icai selects the candidate, because definitely there must a limited no of scholarship. I just applying so if i selected it is great if not it's ok.

1) pls explain para 4 2) if allotee have paid full consideration & if shares are sold after 6months without prospectus, thts also wrong thing to do, then why is it not a deemed prospectus ? (allotee subscribed it in pvt placement)

In case of offer for sale to the public, this is an additional disclosure that should be put in the prospectus. 1. With respect to those security which are being offered for sale to the public, the detail of net consideration received or to be received by the company regarding those security must be disclosed. 2. As The security is being offered to public, there will be a contract applicable for every person who will be subscribing to the security. If such invested wants to look at this contract then at what time and place the contract will be available, must also me mentioned in prospectus.
