If the amount/value of bonus share given to preference shareholders exceed the accumulated profit of the company then what will be the tax treatment of the excess/entire amount

Actually if you missed any ITC during the year you can avail that ITC upto 30th November (Amendment) or Annual Return filed whichever is earlier. For eg: If you missed ITC for FY 2022-23 it will be taken upto 30 th November 2023 or Annual Return filed whichever is earlier.

Compoundable offences - In which complainant (person who has filed the case) can enter into a compromise with the accused and withdraw the case. Examples - Fraud, assault Non-compoundable offences - Where there can be no compromise and case must be tried in court. These offences are of serious nature like murder, terrorism etc.
