If the Employer gives any kind of bonus and incentives it is called monetary perquisites. If Employer gives you car, house etc. That are called Non monetary perquisites

When the purchasing Co. Not agreeing to take then why we it is in available in Realisation account. Cash A/c they agree not to take so didn't considering in realisation account. In same way while making P.C calculation also we didn't consider both. But For Realisation account why we considered..? Please help
