If loan borrowed 12 lakhs Construction started 1/4 of previous year and completed 31/9 of previous year Interest on loan For construction period is 90,000 And after that till end of previous year is 80000 What will be deduction of 24b For prvs year

(2) Out of total cash and cheques of Rs. 6,800 deposited in the Bank on 24th March, one cheque of Rs. 2,600 was cleared on 3rd April and the other cheque of Rs. 500 was returned dishonoured by the bank on 4th April. Can anyone explain these transactions for BRS

On the day the amount deposited in bank, U would have been added the amount of rs. 2600 and rs.500 in cash book. But in pass book the balance would remain the same as on 31 March as it is cleared /dishonoured in April So, you have to deduct the amount of rs.2600 and rs.500 .... Since it is overdraft you have to change the sign, so ADD

Where 3rd house of person is ready for let out but could not be let out for whole year . Can we take gav as nill stating such loss is because of vacancy and can we claim municipal tax from it

NAV is 0 if due to employment or lives elsewhere. GAV for deemed let out = Reasonably expected rent https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OVUgTTbah7k check this for clarity

Term of the auditor is applicable on (a) all unlisted public companies having paid up share capital of rupees ten crore or more; (b) all private limited companies having paid up share capital of rupees 1[fifty] crore or more; (c) all companies having paid up share capital of below threshold limit mentioned in (a) and (b) above, but having public borrowings from financial institutions, banks or public deposits of rupees fifty crores or more. In case Government company falls in above category, Term is applicable.
