If a person has inter-state outward supplies then he cant opt for Composite Scheme. What if he had inter-state outward supplies during the Previous F.Y and decides to stop them in the Current F.Y. In that case can he opt?

At the end of the lectures you have solved rtps of may 19 and 20 will it be relevant for May 23 exams or is is outdated sir? Should watch this ???

Mam in some provisions as per Act it is something and as per rules it would be something. Can we write directly what is the gist of it should we write as per Act this is the provision and as per rules this is the provision. For ex: Right shares offer validity is not less than 15 days or as may be prescribed but not exceeding 30 days. Can we directly write not less than 7 days but shall not exceed 30 days from date of offer. Kindly clarify

In this q, is it Correct if I set off 50,000 loss from house property against capital gains? It’ll be more beneficial as the tax burden is reduced .then remaining 1.5 lakh I set off against salaries ..
