Total finished products is as under 7200 finished in regular production 800 finished with rectification ( time, effort and cost was spent originally and then again on rectification) 120000 was for 100% units Proportionate for 10% will be 120000*10% i.e. 12000 Cost of rework is 20% of 12000 i.e. 2400 Hope you got clarity
