What is meant by, "This is achieved through Update controls to ensure that changes to the database reflect changes in real world entities and associations between entities that data in the database is supposed to represent"? Basically what are "real world entities"?

Is incorporated joint venture is regulated by Companies act 2013 ? As it is said maruti suzuki is joint venture. Then , under what section of company act it is registered. Means , it is registered as company or what is exactly ?

In book back question 1, 2nd Journal entry , they have credited profit &loss A/c . But, capital reserve is supposed to be credited . Is it wrong Sir as mentioned in book Sir?
