If the house property has been purchased on 01/07/2022 for the purpose of letting out. If municipal valuation is 32000 per month has given. What shall we need to consider for municipal valuation while calculating ER ? For 1 year or for 9 months??

Dear Sir, How to account " Buy one and Get One free" Is it a trade discount ? For example a trader who has stock of 100 tables (Cost price per table Rs.200/-) one of his customer buys 5 tables from him , as the customer buys 5 tables ,the trader has to give him 10 tables, because it under "BUY AND GET ONE FREE" term. 1) Is this a trade discount ? 2)How this transaction will get entered by the trader . Please show Journal entry and amount also. Please guide me sir.

In Forward contracts (incase of Imports), buyers are obliged to excute contract on maturity date. [Only in Options, the buyer has option to cancel the contract] Then, how come buyer can cancel the forward contract before maturity? ( Topic covered under Fates of Forward Contract heading)
