i am just not understanding the practicality of gst 1) sir under sec 32 it is given person who is not registered under gst is not liable to collect tax but when we go to small small shops near us the goods we buy are inclusive of gst na? 2 )mostly kirana stores around us are unregistered so they dont give a bill? but when we go to ratnadeep or dmart they compulsory give bill cause they are registered?

The manufacturer will pay gst on certain rates. No need for small shops to get registered. We pay the money inclusive of all taxes. Not only gst

When a person is not allowed to do Inter-State supplies if he wants to opt for composition scheme, then why is Inter-State supplies added to compute his aggregate turnover to check if he is eligible to avail composition scheme?

(General doubt) Will the BOD recommend more than one auditors for appointment in the AGM? If they are recommending only one what happens when the members disapprove of the recommendation?

pls do not ask such extreme hypothetical questions. What if companies do not prepare financials? What if auditor does complete audit? There is no end to such hypothetical questions.
