IN Example why Present value method equation is given in the class is NPV @15% = Initial cah outflow + PV of inflow + PV of termonal cash flow and why didnt we substract ? why debenture value which the company recevied is treated as cash outflow instead of inflow ?

If they've asked to calculate goodwill in case of retirement, death and IOC has to be adjusted, then in this case ioc of all partners is calculated and deducted or only the IOC of retiring, dead, and partner is deducted?
