52 % is not sufficient. He needed to at least secure 55 % to be eligible for CA Inter. Now he has to appear CA foundation and pass or he may do CMA Foundation and Inter and then sit for CA Inter and then give CA and CMA Final together as both the courses are more than 70% similar. If he is facing difficulty in passing CA foundation, he can do CS and CMA as these are relatively easier to pass

Sir.... How are paying tax and filling return two different things in direct tax Like in GST we generate challan and pay tax .. And it's different from returns How does payment of tax happen in income tax??

You can pay tax any time. In return you disclose how the income was computed and tax amount was arrived at.

In case of Rent free accomodation, salary refers to aggregate of Basic + DA (R) + Comm. + Bonus + All taxable allowances. But , where such Perquisite is given for certain duration ( part of the year ) , Perquisite value shall be calculated on proportionate or full year basis salary ?? (ie ..... % to be calculated on annual salary or salary belonging to period for such Perquisite provided ??? )

Months for which such perquisite is provided take salary for that many months Example employer gave u RFA for 5 months Now to compute prerequisite value u will consider salary also for 5 months

They say that " inaccurate reconciliations performed" is a risk. Which reconciliations are being talked about here? will the acquiring bank reconcile or the issuing bank reconcile?

sir in GST everywhere there is time limit provision - ""date of filing September month return in following F.Y"" or date of annual return w.e earlier is to be REPLACED with "30 th November of following financial year or date of annual return w.e. earlier THERE HAS BEEN AMENDMENT in every case where such lines arise right?? or only in few places
