I cleared inter nov 22 also completed articleship and gmcs and adv itt only exam of adv itt is left. Can I register for final till jan end and appear for may 23??

Don't know about the new scheme. But the Articleship period will be counted only if you register for Articleship.

As per the section 26 In case delayed delivery the "loss" will be borne by the party in fault What type of loss describe here Is it loss occurred from damage of the goods or the loss bear by the seller for the reason of cancellation of special opportunity of sale

Here the loss implies that the liability of damage will lie on the party at fault. For example Mr A a seller ordered some branded rice from another seller i.e) Mr B that rice which have to supplied to Mr A's customer.... In this case Mr b delayed delivery of rice to Mr A.... Because of this delay in delivery Mr A losses that order from customer.... This is one of the loss.... I hope it may helps u....

Bonus shares,right shares and other shares are issued in same ratio as compared to equity shares ,but shares having different voting rights are different ,then how can they be given same bonus,right issue as compared to equity shares

Bonus share and right shares issued to holders of DVR shares also have Differential Voting right. Overall voting rights requirement of DVR shares (74%) must be maintained by the company.
