Is both the formula are same? Return on capital employed (post tax) =Profit after tax ÷ capital employed Or =EBIT(1-tax) ÷capital employed Please reply

No Both are diff and the second formula is correct. The first formula is incorrect because the numerator and denominator should have the same basis i.e Numerator is PAT which is profit attributable to eq shareholders and the denominator of capital employed has capital of both debt and equity holders

A person sold shirts on Buy one Get one offer. Now, can he claim ITC on both shirt or only one shirt?

Buy one get one offer may either be considered as mixed supply or composite supply based on the nature of products. ITC will be claimed based on that only.
