TDS

Direct Taxation

answered on 05-Dec-22 19:00

Hello sir, As we all know the limit of section 194C I.e Rs.30000 for single bill and 100000 for aggregate, My question is how the aggregate value will be determined. For instance I am receiving goods from a supplier who supply services and goods though he is supplying the both I only receive the goods. In the previous year till 25.03.2022 the limit of receipt has crossed above 100000. Till this scenario we know that TDS not attracted because the supply was fully goods. What if I received a service from the same supplier on 28.03.2022 do I need to deduct TDS ? Clarify the same
